I am the most recent link in a chain of passionate chefs who, firmly attached to their countryside and their traditions, have perpetuated and enriched our gastronomic heritage.
My cuisine thinks of itself as a homage to their work, their produce, their talent.

This art of getting right to the heart of the matter and creating unique taste experiences in which the product is king is "the Westermann spirit" which will always regin at the Buerehiesel and which I have shared with my father in the kitchen for more than six years.

Maintaining the spirit of excellence but changing the form to give its due value back to what is on the plate. Ensuring that the pleasure is intense, total and also repeatable.…

What is essential for me is to have the total freedom to express my vision of haute cuisine and share it with my customers in the restaurant.
